Very unstable and wonky app - keeps kicking me off and won’t let me sign back in.

What happened to all the good science fiction. Like the lost room, tin man, dark matter, warehouse 13?
Bug
Why do I have to authenticate every single day? I have to unlink my TV provider and link them back just to watch a show every single day.
Crashes when opening
Crashes upon opening. iPad Pro
Ad breaks truncate scenes
As my show reaches the end of a scene, the ads tend to snip of the very last bit of a scene, then, after the ad, the snippet and fade-out of the scene and beginning of the next part. Not life altering, but weird.
App carries persistent data which causes an error
Deleting the app doesn't remove persistent data which appears to be riding unseen in my AppleId profile. There seems to be no way to clear all personal information from the app, which makes it unuseable.

Charged a credit
The app doesn’t work with WOW so I had to use one of 3 free credits to see a TV episode. But it wouldn’t play. Lost the credit. Switched over to my laptop. Deleting the app.
