Tsemppaava sovellus ja PT
Satu Kaisto on täydellinen personal trainer. Kannustaa, luo hyvät ohjelmat ja muuttaa tarpeen mukaan. Sovellu SYKE auttaa erittäin hyvin kirjaamaan tavoitteet, painot tmsv. ja aina kaikki löytyvät vuosienkin päästä. Todella hyvää kehitystyötä SYKKEESSÄ on tehty.

Ajoittain ohjelma heittää mut ulos ja sit esim harjoittelu alkaa alusta. Aina ei edes tallenna tehtyjä merkintöjä. Muutoin ihan jees!
Helppo & Hyvä ohjelma
Tosi helppo ja hyvä ohjelma. Yksi ongelma on: En tiedä minkä mukaan tämä ohjelma ottaa askeleet, kun ne on aivan eri kuin mitä Oura näyttää. Oura näyttää enemmän ja Syke paljon vähemmän.
Loistava!!
Syke Tribe sovellus on aivan loistava!! Kulkee aina matkassa puhelimen kanssa, saa merkittyä toistot ja painot, löytyy videoina ohjeet ja ostetut treenit löytyy täältä aina. Miinuksena musiikin puuttuminen. Tai esim Spotify ei toimi yhtäaikaa. Tähän kun sais vielä korjauksen.

Selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen treenisovellus! Mukava tallentaa itselleen dataa, jonka saa käyttöönsä myös mahdollinen valmentaja.

Aktiivisuus
Sovellus seuraa askelten päivittäistämäärää eli aktiivisuutta. En vain löydä esim kuukausikohtaista keskimääräistä askelmäärää. Se olisi kiva lisä.
