App does not open

Two separate phones, both on iOS 16.4, both running the latest version of the app. The app splash screen displays and the app closes without opening to a usable screen. Disappointed 11 year old because he wanted to fly drones with his dad.

This has not worked for me since the day I bought it despite multiple phones and different iPhone updates. Has anyone had success with this app working

Looks like you app is still unstable after this last “update” you might want to go back and revise that release since it looks like you just phoned in your solution. Plus we can’t submit quality control feedback because the app is free. Fix your app. Have a little more integrity. Jesus.

uninstalled the app because it wont open the app when i click it, it has my location which is concerning even though its uninstalled

The App does not work, it crashes and is not usable. Customer support is useless F-

Cannot use app controls or camera at all. Phone specs: iPhone 13ProMax iOS 16.2 Syma fly v1.4.4 After connecting to fpv_ Wi-Fi, whether from another network or no network, the app will go to background the moment you select your drone type and touch ‘Start.’ If not connected to fpv_ Wi-Fi, the app will open with controls, but of course the drone is not connected and the controls are unusable. If you follow the above steps and then connect to fpv_, the controls still will not work.

While it is a fun beginner drone, the app is complete trash. Obviously the two star review (gracious) should be a red flag, the engineer(s) of these drones should be barred from technology as to ensure they never write software of any capacity for the consumption of human use.
