Horrible
I wish there was a zero star option. This app is a big waste of time and won’t allow you to connect to the wifi. Shame on whoever created this junk app and thermostat. I guess I will continue to have my ac kick off at night as I boil in my room. Thank you symphony sonata. Save your self the time don’t download this “app”
Never works
I am constantly having to delete the app and redownload. It hardly ever updates with the current temps, and I will have to go to the actual device to mess with the temperature. I created a new schedule hours ago, and it is still not updating the app even after deleting and downloading again. We are renters, so I can not change thermostats, and we are stuck with this.
Annoying
Like the many reviews submitted, it cannot connect to the WiFi. Tried everything. And nothing works. If a company is going to launch an app, make sure it works.

Why?
I like to have my house at 68 when I sleep, went to turn it down and it’s stuck at 72 and it seems I can no longer lower the temperature. It just started doing this today…don’t know why.

DogPoop or symphony-Sonata
Honestly if i had to choose between Dog poop or symphony sonata... I would choose neither because both are like poop. Whoever built this worthless, non functional, toy box in my house needs to be "shamed" by everybody that has this. Not only does this toy box not work. The monkeys in customer service must not know how to pick up the phone or theyre too busy sniffing eachothers dungholes. As i write this letter of utter disgust i feel sweat dripping between my armpits. Thanks for wasting my weekend and making it miserable. Yours truly ANOTHER unsatisfied customer.
