The app won't open unless i updated it however there is no update available on the app store and I can't open it

Worst experience, not very professional and needs a lot of improvement on the process and the Infrastructure ,most of the professional applications have the option of there is a delayed payment, they should consider traveling plans, losing SIM card, forced circumstances that may cause delay in the payment, but stoping me from using the application ever because of 200 pounds is ridiculous which were paid later when I was able to, when I received my SIM card. You should have the option to check and consider the client’s bank statements and iscore for example , a lot of options that professional applications use. Customer service representatives didn’t offer to help raising a complaint or raising the concern even to the management, not helpful, not apologetic whatsoever. I even don’t except you to care about your clients’ review

App is not working, not showing any offers, stores or partners

They use money from your account without any reason + terrible experience with customer service , they negotiate with you on your own money

I downloaded the app and it deducted from my bank account without any purchase

Always not showing any details either payment dues stores and any tthing

I was signed in to the App then i signed out all of a sudden i cant sign in again.. i cant sign in as a user or even as guest. Is the application still working? Or the business stopped!

I can’t create account the design doesn’t support iphone 13

Their customer service team promise you they’ll get back to you then they go forever not getting back to you not helping you with your issue. Specially, when it’s related to refunding within the first 72 hours as they explained. So it’s not my mistake. My only mistake is that I trust them.
