Blank screen
Screen goes blank at least once a week. Annoying...have to delete then redo the app and all credentials!

As an employee:
• Add shifts during self-scheduling periods.
• Request open shifts and trade.
• View your schedule and request time off.
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.

As a manager:
• View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking.
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars.
• View hourly staffing levels to show situations that need immediate attention such as over or understaffing.

Works when it wants
This app works when it wants to. Often times, it says my credentials are incorrect for login when i know that it’s right. I’ll also sometimes get a blank white screen and have to uninstall and reinstall just to see where I am working for the night.

You have made it very difficult to sign in since we have to get a telephone call every time we need to sign in at least make it optional so we could get a text instead
Buggy
When the app first launched I loved it. Gotten real buggy. When I open the app half the time the screen won’t load. Also what happened to the Face ID option for log in?
Signing in
So difficult to sign in!!! This is suppose to make it easier but that is such a joke!!! The technology out there and this could be a great app but it is FARRRRRRRR from it!! Constantly having to re-enter my log in even after checking box to remember me.
Just a white screen
Just a white screen, cant use the app at all or put in time or check my schedule.
Fix it
When i log in, it takes 20 seconds to load and says “shift trades unavailable”. This has been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed. Super annoying.
Hate it
Changed my settings to be alerted when self scheduling opens, didn’t happen. I want to look at the full calendar and it takes me a little bit to remember how to open that. Same thing with time off request, can’t remember how to open the calendar.
