This app is reliable and useful. Syncs across many platforms. Quick to set up as well. Many different sync options. With the investment.

I use this app daily to sync local folders on my iPhone to external hard drives and iCloud drive. So much faster than copying 100 GB every time to three different locations. I only wish explanations of the sync types were in the app instead of just on a web page you have to hunt for. Not a huge issue once you've saved several tasks that you can selectively run at any time.

I keep my large Music library on an external HD, and back it up nightly to a second external HD. The flexibility, ease of use, and overall excellence of this program makes it essential to me!

I bought this app. It works for a short time and stop working. Files and sub folders are not copied.

I like the way I can delete a file, but still have an archive (or many) on the target Makes me comfortable with deleting things because I can easily get them back!! Easy to setup and use

I’m glad I have a chance to write about this. I used to work with a couple of different companies and with several file types. Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, product photographs (color, grey, print, web, etc.), vector art, whatever was needed I tried to fulfill, and not having a steady hand at naming conventions, files would be strewn all over the place, folders, subfolders, etc. Eventually I’d have to organize for each company, and I’m glad to have Sync Folders as a tool, I’d set a few tasks and then put my phone in my pocket and do MORE stuff! IVE made some mistakes, but the app has never let me down (I use it on both my iPhone and my iMac). I’m not a file commander junkie and that would take too long. I can quickly get organized and give a company anything they need quickly. Worth every penny!

Been using Sync Folders Pro for years now and Once you’re familiar with the interface its a very powerful and useful tool for everything from automated backups to file comparison. The interface is a bit cluttered and could use a graphical update but overall its relatively easy to use.

Have been using this app for about a year and find it works smoothly with little effort on my part.

For me the best feature is the ease in making a backup of my backups: I’ve got it set up too create a backup of my Time Machine files to an external drive, and another backup of my “archives” folder which allows me to free up space on my desktop. It’s good, low-cost protection against a catastrophic loss of files.

This is an excellent tool for my purpose - synching through the cloud to multiple computers running local hard drives for Lightroom and Photoshop work. I can be sure of keeping the workflow going wherever I am working. I used Microsoft’s Synctoy on the windows platform, but find this product much stronger.
