App needs actual development resources put towards it. It’s missing a lot of features and sometimes breaks to the point requiring an uninstall/reinstall. Last update being 4 months prior to this review shows how much they care about it.

I really like the Synchro desktop/browser admin tools. I like the features and price of the product. I don’t think it is the easiest to deal with and implementing the agent is difficult at times but for the price and unlimited devices and the support is really good. However, this app, on the other hand, really needs improvement. I have issues of the same device being listed multiple times. Remote access not working. It doesn’t really work for remote support which I’m a little saddened about.

Getting endless loading loop on new app version. Force closing does not resolve.

I’ve been using Syncro for quite some time and had hopes they would’ve improved the app experience. For all the money they are charging us, they sure aren’t making an attempt to make this product worth the cost. They did a UI interface update a while ago but it’s laughable. They need to improve the core functions and most importantly the app as many of us need it on the go. We aren’t always able to be tethered to our pc all the time. I may need to find another RMM / PSA app if they don’t show improvement.

What a piece of garbage this app is don’t bother

The concept behind syncro is great. The app execution is utterly horrible. Hire some UI/UX devs that specialize on mobile apps.

This company constantly increases their prices while this app is garbage!

The app immediately logs out after signing in. It has been doing that since roughly January to my knowledge. With the latest update being a security fix it is mandatory. I know this is just a checkmark in a box to fill for syncro, but some of us do like having the ability to check open tickets on the go.

Probably one of the crappiest apps I’ve seen in awhile.

What is this this? It doesn’t work! If you can’t keep up with updates or have a functioning app the don’t waste people’s time and say you have an app.
