There are free synths on the appstore that offer much more sounds and better quality

Not Useable

The interface is mostly a gimmick that doesn’t let you save sounds for later or repeat a sound quickly. The sounds themselves are unremarkable and often just bad or cheesy.

100% crashing on startup.

Junk.

Don't expect this to make "any" sound

You cannot load your own custom sound or sample, to give it a different base sound. And it can't be used as an AU effect, to modify sounds coming from other apps. So you're stuck with just its one base sound, which I assume is a basic sine wave. It would have been totally dope if it could be used as an AU effect, to modify any sound. That said, it's an inexpensive app. So if all you ever wanted was a buzz or a hoot, with various amounts of wah wah, this is the ultimate app for exactly that. Go for it.

easy and fun.not overly complex but thats the point.

Nice idea, but ...

A lot of the sounds have VERY strong oscillation profiles! (is this intended or is it a bug?) In other words, a very intense pitch warble and (imho) are out of control on some of the sounds and make them totally unusable. Any of the oscillations that control either the amplitude or tone are not as bad, but I would still like to be able to control them. And for me personally, a lot of them are not useful because of that. I see the potential and I like the core sounds and I like the idea of blending between them, but, I need to be able to control the intensity of these oscillations, even if it's a global setting. Two dollars won't break the bank, however I'd hate to see this app go to waste because it ended up in my "great in theory but not in practice" app heap.
