als kostenloses Goodie ok, aber keinen Euro wert
laut Beschreibung liegen dem Support mit Active Insights Troubleshootingdaten automatisch vor und es beschleunigt das Case Handling.
Bei keinem Case war das auch nur für die grundlegendsten Daten der Fall. Das Casehandling mit und ohne Active Insights unterscheidet sich nicht, proaktiv passiert da auch nichts. Was da also für ein Supportvorteil bestehen soll, bleibt ein Geheimnis.
Cluster werden nicht richtig unterstützt, das passive Gerät ist immer offline obwohl es in Wahrheit ja mitläuft, eine eigene IP hat und damot auch eigenständig kommunizieren kann und problemlos managebar ist. Active Insight versteht nur einfach keine Cluster.
Für diese Spielerei ist das Abo zu teuer.
Anmeldung nicht möglich
Bei der Anmeldung: „unerwarteter Fehler ist aufgetreten: (0) LOGIN“
Bei der Webseite kann ich mich anmelden, bei der App nicht. Auch nicht nach Neuinstallation der App. Der Fehler kommt nach Eingabe des Passworts, vor der 2FA Anmeldung.
Status wird in App nicht aktualisiert
In der App wird seit Monaten der Status der NAS (letztes Update) nicht aktualisiert.
Auf der Website passt es.
Scheinbar hat die App hier ein Problem und macht sie überflüssig, wenn ich mich im Web anmelden muss, um den aktuellen Status zu erfahren.
Im Prinzip gut, aber…
Die App finde ich wirklich gut und nützlich, leider hat sie einen eklatanten Fehler, der sie fast unbrauchbar macht: sie zeigt löscht die badges (roten Zähler für neue Messages) nicht. Bei mir ist er wieder alles ok und dennoch steht 19 neue Nachrichten. Wenn das gelöst ist, gibts 5 Sterne.

Wozu?
Eher nervig als hilfreich. Badges verschwinden nicht und man weiß nie, ob wirklich grad was anbrennt. Das Meldungsmanagement ist such unhandlich. Wozu das alles?
No app for iPad OS
Unfortunately the app is not optimized for iPads or iPad OS and looks terrible on a device. Really bad and requires an update ASAP

Die App an sich ist gut jedoch sollte es eine optimierte App für das iPad geben.
Fehlermeldung nicht quittierbae
Auf dem NAS ist der SSD Cache abgestürzt. Meldung am NAS quittiert, es stehen keine weiteren an. In der App jedoch nicht quittierbar, nur eine weitere Fehlermeldung erscheint. Status wird anscheinend auch nicht synchronisiert. Die neuen Apps sind eine Zumutung, egal ob finder oder photo Nachfolger. Zahlreiche Bugs und weniger Funktion als zuvor. Schade!

When trying to setup the Mobil account it won’t allow to login due it times out to fast and it opens a browser which can’t be moved to read the screen behind
