We can achieve an accuracy of 90% or better when a clear, well-lit picture with all food items visible is provided. If some ingredients are obscured or the picture has poor lighting, the accuracy might be lower, and additional notes may be needed to correct the results.
How do I log meals without a picture?
To log meals without a picture, you can use the "Describe" option to write a brief description of your meal. Synopsis will then use this information to update your food diary and calculate the nutrition data, helping you stay on track with your calorie calculator, calorie goals, and daily calorie intake. When using this option, Synopsis will also generate a photorealistic image of your meal to help you visualize your food diary.
How do I fix errors in the results?
To revise inaccurate output, you can use the text box below the table to describe any corrections that should be made. You should be as specific as possible to help our co-pilot provide the most accurate results. For example, you can ask the co-pilot to regenerate an ingredient with a specific macro distribution. If you know your egg whites have 5g of protein, you can ask the co-pilot to regenerate the egg whites with 5g of protein.
