Face ID Stops working
The Face ID stopped working so I have deleted and reinstalled the app as instructed multiple times but it only works on the next log in and stops again.

Once you've downloaded the free app, use your Prepaid Consumer Website credentials to sign-in to the Synovus Connections app to safely and conveniently mange your card. Use the "register" option if you do not have Prepaid Consumer Website credentials.

• Suspend and reactivate your card
• Manage your alerts
• Transfer funds using your Synovus check card (Account Owner only)
