It never has worked for me, nothing shows up, website does not even work. Pathetic.

The app worked fairly well, though occasionally not recognizing our customer id and/or internet connection (or both). For the past year, it has been an ongoing gong show! “No internet connection “ when the device is clearly connected and functioning; app not even loading after signing in, we have left it spinning the ‘wheel of doom’ for an hour (having gone through the order with our rep on the phone) and the app DOES NOT load! Tried many, many times deleting and reinstalling; to no success. This process has been repeated so much that my phone no longer shows the app! I just have to search for it and open it from within. The promise of a new app has been going on for 5 years (+/-?). The time has come, please replace this! Anyone reading this and feeling the same way: please chime in!!

App doesn’t function properly. Very poor and slow. Everytime I have to delete the app and re download it to place my orders.

Told by rep to use this to order, yea in. Using for 1.5 years it’s taken me more time to get logged in than to place order. Log in never happens 3/4 of the time. Today last straw. Goodbye Sysco. They do realize there are other suppliers that don’t make ordering such a hassle and painful even to use. GOODBYE SYSCO

This app is a complete waste of time it never loads and when you finally get it to load it times you out of your session that you didn’t even start yet and sends you back out to sign in again and then just won’t sign in gets stuck on that page loading what a joke for such a big company to have such a useless app

This app is one of the worst I’ve used for business in a very long time. It is slow and clunky, it should be an embarrassment for such a big company to have such a clumsy app. This app is aged and needs a major overhaul. It’s a joke

I’ve used this app for less than a week and I’m already frustrated with it. When I can sign in, I don’t have any problems with it. However, I found I had to delete the app and reinstall it every time to be able to sign in. And today I was using it in the morning flawlessly, but this evening it’s been the complete opposite. Tried logging in on my phone and tablet, neither one works…I only get a blank blue screen. Tried the app and the website through Safari. Both say that there is no internet connection (I tried on wifi and using data - no change). Very aggravating when we are relying on this app to place our food orders…

Can get into account and place an order but have to manually type in codes plus the layout is messy for those with multiple business accounts to order for. Would be MUCH easier to use if the scanner actually worked. Pulls up random item numbers that don’t even exist

You guys seriously need to find another app developer. Great when it works but that is like 5% of the time. GFS has a way better app. Fix the app Sysco…not even the scan option works.

Often crashes immediately. Latest invoice is two months old. No pending orders shown.
