First of all, the user interface on this is so seamless and very well designed. Easily to operate for anyone. Second, the workouts on here are insane. I one time had a personal trainer and never got into the shape I was in when I did SOS consistently. Back to SOS I come!!!

I’ve been hooked on the DS for many years. The sweat is real - even through the screen. And no excuses to stick to my goals! Thanks for always bringing the best!

SOS app is so easy to use. So many options. Big variety. Lots of no equipment options. Low impact, full body, lower, upper, high intensity, low intensity- you name it there is a workout for you!

I love SOS. There are always a great mix of new classes, and different styles of workouts to choose from. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and will kick your butt. If your looking to sweat and put in work, The DS brings it.

Since moving out in the country, away from physically going to SOS classes I’ve truly missed the sweat and connection. Thankfully the app is just as good as being in a SOS class. The trainers are engaging as if you were in there right with them. The music is bomb, always. And of course the classes get ya where you need to be, a lot of the time in less than an hour.

Started using this during quarantine and love it! Really helpful to be able to pick out a workout and do from home. Plus they have tons of different options for whatever type of workout you are in the mood for that day. They have created a lot of new content and it is AWESOME! Highly recommend!!

I used to go to the studio for in person workouts, but with little ones it’s tough to get out of the house for my workout. The digital studio is incredible. I love the intensity and variety. I have tried other at home programs and no one else can attack my legs like Gretchen. The workouts vary in length so even if you don’t have a full hour, you can still get an efficient workout in. The formats are just like in the studio and there are so many available options. Absolutely love!

I love the variety of the classes and that I can do them anywhere !
