After one of the more recent updates I now don’t stay logged-in and have go through the process of finding our school and logging-in anytime I want to use the app. It’s a real pain.

Love the new interface. Fast and easy to use :)

After auto updating to this new version , no matter how many times I revised my password still can’t login.

New update is horrible Doesn’t even allow me to log in

I can’t log in since the update. Have reset my password at least 5 times and it’s saying that my details are incorrect. There doesn’t seem to be any app support options on their website either. Can’t use the app now which is very frustrating.

Since updating I’m not able to log in. It’s says incorrect details. I’ve changed my password and it’s still saying the same thing.

I’ve tried so many times to get the update version running but no luck! When I put in the school passcode, it won’t let me click on subscribe or cancel!! I’ve tried so many times. Old version was great

The app doesn’t work if your text size on your phone is larger than standard, it won’t allow me to login after changing my password TWICE and when my partner finally was able to login on his device he was not able to see that you need to swipe to the right to see the rest of the absentee section. Really poor app. I hope my child’s school switches to a more user friendly app!!!

Since the latest update I am logged out every time you quit the app and painfully no option to save username and password or remain logged in. Settings turned to on to receive notifications, through manage, default to off whenever you are logged out (which is every time the app is closed 🤯) meaning important notifications aren’t received! Please fix the bugs from the latest update!!!

Cannot login since upgrade. Deleted and reloaded several times still nothing?!?!
