My new smart watch
Got the watch yesterday after a 10 day wait. Set it up everything works fine. Really pleased. Put the phone on charge this morning left it over an hour it was showing fully charged. Tried to boot back up, but nothing. So disappointed the watch looks good the features were great. None of the buttons are functioning it’s showing just one word across the centre of the screen which I think is in Chinese but I’m not sure? Bad news!
Better without not even worth it
I got this app to connect the watch. The design and feel of this watch is great but there are a number of issues with the app. So I’ll be deleting it as it’s unusable. There is an issue with the dial store because It’s not launching at all. There is also an issue with accounts because I’m unable to create and manage my own personal account. There is also an issue with data security because there is none. With no way to manage the security of the data stored on the app I will have to uninstall. I can see someone has tried to raise their fault with the team but nothing seem to have been resolved.
Q R code
It is saying that the Q R code is invalid
Appalling
Cannot register. App won’t download face dials and watch stuck in transmission mode (I only know this using Google translation of a Chinese message on the screen). Totally useless watch and totally useless app now. No way to troubleshoot or log a complaint. Avoid!
App not working
I have downloaded this app to connect to my watch but I am unable to this as the app is requesting me tk create and account but the button does not work. Please can you fix this ASAP.
Some functions don’t sync
I have the AW12 smart watch and can’t get the heart rate data to transfer to the app or the heart rate to track daily which is what it looks like it should do hopefully this will be fixed soon
