8 months no update? Come on now!!!! I left a review last year and today march 27 2024 app is crashed. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. Way to go.
It worked fairly well when I first purchased this, but several months ago it stopped working on our IPhones. Remove and reinstall the app and it will work maybe one day, then goes back to “not responding”. After six sessions on the phone with Sprint/T Mobile they told me today that they can only recommend remove/reinstall, and pointed me to Apple Support. Apple tried to help but was also unable to resolve this. It’s a shame as I like this app. It does work well on the one Android phone on our account.
The app update has fixed a lot of the issues and the app is so much better now. Thanks.
I have found myself having to uninstall and reinstalling the app after a couple time opening it. Such a headache.
I’ve been reading the most recent reviews. My family all has android and the app works just fine for them. I have a iOS and am having the issue of the app stalling on the white screen. Must be a compatibility issue with the iOS software. Hopefully this gets resolved soon or I’m gonna start requesting a refund.
When it does work, it’s decent. Most of the time it won’t load though.
Our family has tried this app for over a month and the vast majority of time all we get is a white screen with the safe and found logo. When the app does load it doesn’t work. It shows all of us at our home when clearly we are not home. Don’t waste your time and money on this junk.
When are you going to fix this app. Been broke for a few months and I am still being charged monthly fees
I was hoping there would be more to the restrictions.. it looks like I can only restrict what type of apps my daughter can download by age. I wanted to also be able to specifically pick what apps she can and can’t use. Also, I was hoping there was a feature that blocked which type of websites she can go on. Lastly, I was also hoping I could create some type of schedule for her phone usage. But I’m not seeing any of that.
