Poor Drivers. Poor Customer Service.

Drivers are rude, impolite, and reckless drivers. Cars often have dirty smell, cigarette smell, unclean scents. Not recommended. 司机服务态度恶劣，粗鲁，危险驾驶。平台不于管理。客服无作为。车内臭味多，烟味刺鼻，不干净。不推荐。

Too many ads notification

More than 10 ads notification at night. This is spam!!

比高德还贵，有病啊

同样的地点，我在高德叫t3的车，比t3客户端还便宜。

Apps don’t work

Just downloaded T3 today after updated system to ios15 and the apps is not working.

T3 for foreigners

T3 seems to be a great app. However, as a foreigner here in China, I don’t seem to be able to use it since I don’t have a Chinese ID. It would be great if there was an option to link it with a passport ID or Alipay. Hopefully it can be taken into consideration! Until then, I’ll have to uninstall T3 app from my phone.
