Un temporizador de entrenamiento Tabata sencillo, claro y bonito.
1. Arrastra para configurar las rondas, descansar, trabajar, etc.
2. Toca para entrenar.
Aunque la aplicación es muy sencilla de usar, no omitimos ninguna característica vital:
∙ Escucha las aplicaciones de música mientras haces ejercicio.
∙ El audio te guía a través del entrenamiento para que no tengas que mirar la pantalla.
∙ Puedes abandonar la aplicación y seguir con las audioguías un entrenamiento que encontraste en línea.
∙ Páginas del historial y estadísticas para revisar los entrenamientos anteriores.
∙ Incluso puedes cargar los ajustes de cualquier entrenamiento anterior.
Si tienes alguna pregunta o sugerencia, simplemente toca "Ponerse en contacto con el servicio de asistencia" y cuéntanos. Intentaremos incluir tu idea en nuestra próxima actualización.
This app includes an optional auto-renewable subscription (Premium Pass): Premium Pass beings with a free trial period, then an auto-renewable monthly subscription when trial ends. One workout isn’t worth it
Searched for a free tabata timer and downloaded this one. It works but only getting one workout out of a “free” timer before having to pay is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is truly looking for a free timer
