I usually do not do reviews, however this app is amazing. Roberta is a true inspiration.

My plan was to sift through the content relevant to my current weight loss kick but of course, it’s all relevant. Her recipes are easy but far from cliche, visually appealing to the point I’ve tried foods I’ve traditionally avoided. I’ve followed Roberta Tabb for years and her high bar for herself is contagious. Just download it!

If you need #inspo, then you will not need any other app. Recipes, Rules and videos!!! Perfect.

I am so happy I found this app! Roberta is down to earth and keeps it real! This app is an “All In One” from self love to easy step by step meal prepping recipes!! All of the discussion topics in Tabb Talk are amazing and uplifting in the palm of my hand! I am able to relate to her on a personal level because she understands the downs as well as the ups in wellness!
