Slow and no response
I asked for the guide to help me make one booking, she answered me in 2 hrs and unfortunately I missed her questions by 4 mins. Then she disappeared for two days. I had to call the hotel myself and found the booking full already.

Helpful but reply is a bit slow
The staff are nice and helpful, only they don’t reply frequently. Even we were talking about the booking last minute, and then they could disappear for 1 hour from next minute onwards, which is a bit frustrated while I was facing those Japanese letters alone.

會員制才可用，不用也要收費唉
他們現在改為會員制，不用也收費，不做會員不幫你做booking, 我在沒有走會員制時輸入了信用卡號作保障登記，可是現在我不想用他們又不給我刪除信用卡號，完全沒有保障！
Helpful staff and Useful information
The staff (Pon) is very helpful and he provides many useful information to me. As I will go travel with my baby, I have many special requests about kids and he helps me solve the problems ;) This is really a good app! Highly recommended to everyone.

Not just one time service. In case you want to cancel the booking, they will handle for free in reasonable way! But I can’t search the info by keywords in the long content page which is a bit unhelpful esp when someone want to check back something
