Default to desktop view

It would be great if reports can be defaulted to desktop view!

Slow to load.

App is slow to load and the Vizpick reporting is difficult to navigate on the phone

Multi server

Overall works great. Negative for me is the lack of ability to view multiple servers without signing out and signing in every time you want to switch. Add that functionality please.

Can’t believe that In 2024 this app still has users. The only reason it has users is that there are companies that are stuck with this platform and together with Salesforce it is very hard get rid of both.

Absolutely horrific

Application is not user friendly at all. Slow, outdated information and continuous password issues. Possibly the worst application ever. Strongly urge you people to terminate whoever created this atrocious app.

Not Responsive to Mouse

The app is slightly better than the web page on iPad, however when clicking dropdown fields with an external mouse or trackpad they are unresponsive. You must always use your finger (touch the ipad display) to get the dropdown to load. This makes this app very inconvenient to use with the Magic Keyboard.
