Terrible usability
Worst food ordering app I’ve ever used. Sends me to Google maps every time I try to select a restaurant so I can’t actually order any food. Please sort it out. Better off using the website than this god awful app!
Scanning recite and barcode won’t work
I caught my first ever Taco Bell because I downloaded the app to earn rewards and when I tried to earn those rewards the app didn’t accept the barcode on the receipt when I scanned it or manually wrote it down.

App doesn’t work, order in store if you don’t want to lose money
I figured I would get a Taco Bell because they were doing a free quesadilla. I clicked the free quesadilla option and it took me through to make my order. Spent £8, went in and there was no quesadilla and they said the only way to get it was to spend another pound in store and they couldn’t do a refund because it was an app order. Using the app is just asking for trouble
Offer doesn’t work at all
can’t use offer on app or in store and the staff wouldn’t let you redeem
I’m very disappointing
I saw on the order screen that if you download the app i can get a free taco, so i downloaded the app (very excitedly) and went up to the counter and asked if they do it and they said they don’t give out free tacos. This is very upsetting and misleading because why would you still have it on the screen if you don’t do it, they just want people to download the app for their own gain.

The app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years
Crash
Every time I try and order through the app it crashes halfway through the order and when I reopen the app it does not save any of the progress, I’ve yet to be able to complete an order through it.
