Why is that I never can use my rewards at Taco Cabana located at 13455 E. Freeway Houston, Texas 77015 Store # 20250 it’s been like this for the last three years and 2024. They always say their system won’t let you use the rewards I think they have their system set up as to where you can’t use your rewards. They charged me $6.99 for three street taco when the sign says $6.29 charging an extra .70 cent I have all my receipts and the picture of the sign this called falseAdvertisement.

Always an issue scanning receipts and then trying to enter manually, does not accept entry. Bug fix!

Every thing was great

They are very helpful and generous. The cashier was kind and patient taking the time to explain all the different food choices to me. The lady who brought me my food asked if I wanted guacamole or sour cream at no extra charge. They serve Pepsi and ice tea. I like the aura of the restaurant.

It would be nice if the online ordering described what is in each mail instead of it just being a picture! For instance, I cannot stand cilantro, and even if I say no pico de gallo, it’s still in a lot of recipes.
