The food is always fresh. It taste delicious. The service is always great. And the concept of their sales are exemplary.

This app hardly ever works. I can’t get it to come up most of the time. The screen just spins.

Tonya at the Cantrell location is so amazing. She always makes my lunchtime better.

I love this restaurant. I eat here all the time. Lately I haven’t been able to even check into the app. I sign in and the face recognition starts going off over and over. I’m good to delete it and try again, but this is a real disappointment.

I’ve not been able to open the app for a few months now. I’ve got rewards, but can’t get into the app to use them! It’s ridiculous.

4/19/24 - I just downloaded the app. I live in Madison, MS and we don’t have a location there. I work for Robot Coupe and you have our units in your kitchen but still no location in MS. 🤨😉 I can only visit when I visit my Mom in Little Rock, AR. I didn’t have the app when I ordered and was quite disappointed that I was unable to add reward points after I ordered. Can you please add that feature? It would also be nice to be able to customize the items in the app.

It circles through the opening process and never actually opens. Unable to use it so I don’t visit the restaurant.

The food is fantastic! Every time I’ve gone, it’s been delicious. I have had issues every time i’ve tried to use the app. It took four attempts yesterday before I gave up and it took three attempts today to get my order submitted correctly.
