I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Takes 4hrs for call backs on customer service. There is always a issues with the paperwork that I submit. They hold you in a contract that you can’t get out of until the term is over. They have a ton of fees. The app crashes and barely works. The list goes on

Too many glitches. Always have to do the invoice over cause it keep freezing. Then kicks me out the app.
The app keeps crashing when uploading documents. In using iPhone 13’s, Yes I rebooted both phones, removed the app and redownloaded the app again. Keeps crashing. Clear cache I did it all.

App closes out in the middle trying to submit batches. The app is like the company a complete joke. Shouldn’t be in business!
This is the worst Factoring I've ever worked with in 7years. They never buy your invoices, they don't even try to verify with brokers, even if the broker sends them an email directly confirming a bol or answering whatever question this factoring has, they will still bounce back our invoices. It takes forever to get someone on the line. They treat you rudely and if you ask for a supervisor they wont transfer you. I literally has someone asking me for a confirmation from the broker that they would pay us a load that had an airway bill, the broker emailed them directly w me on cc and they say they wouldn't buy it, when I asked for a supervisor, they factoring rep said "no I wont transfer you to no one" This factoring is ruining business, they need a class action lawsuit in their hands in order to get better management and employees. They wont let you terminate their contract either bc they need you to suffer on quickpay for 120days before they can send you a cancelation of the contract and with all of their lies who knows if that'll be true at all. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, DO NOT RECOMEND, BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY.
