Poor Customer Sevice
Contacted Tag re incorrect stroke index a month ago and acknowledgment or correction within the app. Also last hole yardages are all off and has the green in the wrong position.
Beau design
Très belle app, bien conçu et utile. Dommage que l’icône ne soit pas compatible avec le nouveau design iOS 18 (dark tinted)

Je l’utilise avec mon Apple Watch depuis quelques années, ce programme me donne toutes satisfactions car simple à utiliser pendant les parcours.
Mises à jour des terrains
Pas satisfaisante, le Golf Club Beauvallon a Grimaud 83 n’est pas mis à jour correctement Fonctionne de moins en moins bien sur AppleWatch, pour terminer une partie il faut faire 3 manœuvres ? et l’application réagit difficilement sur l’écran ???

Très convivial à utiliser et très bien fait au niveau graphisme

Clairement, le prix augmente chaque année pour 0 évolution. Des mises à jour inutiles qui rendent l’utilisation de plus en plus complexe. Comme le montre les récents commentaires qui stipulent qu’il n’est pas possible d’insérer son score…. Et bien si, mais ils ont ENCORE changé l’utilisation de l’app, il faut faire un swipe pas du tout instinctif! J’ai du l’expliquer à bon nombre de joueurs perdus avec l’énième mise à jour. Des bug récurrents depuis des années. À chaque renouvellement d’abonnement c’est la croix et la bannière pour restaurer les achats. Il faut désinstaller / réinstaller / redémarrer en boucle et de manière aléatoire cela finira par fonctionner Depuis hier, le calcul du score en NET ne se fait plus! Aucune communication de la part de l’app! Pour envoyer des pubs ils savent faire…. J’ai essayé de leur envoyer un mail à travers le service client, et même l’envoie du message ne fonctionne pas! Il y a quelques années pour modifier un parcours cela prenait un jour ou deux… aujourd’hui il faut attendre 15 jours! Je termine mon abonnement d’ici quelques mois et je vais voir ailleurs.
Très beau design
Le design de l’application est très réussi sur la montre. Est ce que la fonction full shot tracing sera rendue disponible sur Apple Watch ?

Je l’utilise depuis plusieurs années, les couleurs sont superbes, les distances assez précises, et facile d’utilisation 😉👍

Difficile de ne pas mettre les 5 étoiles. Facile à utiliser, précise. Ce serait super s’il y avait la possibilité d’y tenir un journal global et pas seulement d’inscrire des notes sur un trou ☺️
