Taichi Tea Reviews

Just barely okay.

berliners1 on

Taichi is my favorite restaurant, but this app is very mid. It works but a few things to keep in mind, namely that the order status never changes from received or tells you when it’s done. There are also misspellings, and it made me restart the app after making an account. Very messy app that feels rushed even if it did technically work.

Don’t bother

j.force on

United States

This app is utterly broken. You can’t place an order. When you try to buy a gift card the app gives you an error but then charges your card anyway and doesn’t put the gift card in your account. Times out and errors with pretty much every action. Set up a new account for rewards and the stores can’t find it. What a disaster.

App tells me to update, bugs

MandyCA on

App tell me to update, but it’s update. Can’t see full order history.

Not usable at the location I frequent

Katwiskrs on

United States

This app does not support a function to upload receipts as an alternative to scanning the QR code in-store to earn points. The location I go to is unable to scan. The app also is telling me to update when there is no update available.

United States

It states redeem points at checkout but when you try to do that , the entire order gets deleted.

If your phone is in dark mode…

Mindalou62 on

If your phone is in dark mode the text is a dark brown on a black background— impossible to read! I had to change my phone settings in order to see my order.

Actual Trash

4th review and I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Horrible UI, unfriendly UX.

Loosing business.

How do you write an Ap in this day and age that doesn’t work with a IPhone? Will go elsewhere.
