I’ve been using this app since 2016 and it doesn’t disappoint. The team has done an incredible job.

The opportunity to display mode:
- Tabata Protocol
- Rounds
- Stopwatch
- Intervals
- Workout of the day
- Timer also works in backgroung mode (premium version)
- Ability to display the number and duration of rounds
Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your monthly subscription is $0.49 per month, while the yearly subscription is $2.99 per year. (Price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. You can also manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.

At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.

Used to be great timer
Wth every update a feature is removed pushing you to a subscription based product. Once upon a time you could pay once to unlock all the features, I paid once only to have all the features I paid for be removed. Not impressed
