This is so bad. Imagine not being able to actually chat with people unless you pay. Not real friendly.

It's cool to have an app with proper options as far as disclosing your gender and sexuality, but almost everything is paywalled and there simply aren't enough people on the app to justify it, on top of one honestly scammy practice I'll mention: Why offer the instant chat feature if other people ALSO have to pay to read your instant chats? A little scammy if you ask me. Doesn't specify anywhere that the person on the receiving end won't be able to reply, or won't even be able to tap on the chat box to read the full message or look at your profile in many cases.

So I downloaded the app under the impression that it was an LGBTQ space…what I got was exactly the same experience as the regular dating apps I already have (tinder and hinge), meaning a tidal wave of thirsty straight men sending me sweating emojis. I’m pansexual, so I’m interested in men but I was hoping for a higher percentage of queer/bi/pan men to match with, but this was not the case at all. I said that it was essentially the same experience as tinder, but also the app was much less user-friendly and didn’t take my settings into account at all. I received multiple suggestions from the app for straight men at least 20 years outside of the age limit I set on my profile. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re a queer person looking for an actually different dating app experience, but hey if you’re a 55 year old straight cis man looking for a young bisexual girl to harass then go for it I guess.

Developers, bring back the live streams that’s what made this app popular!! you’re doing yourself a disservice without it💁🏽‍♀️

I like that it's easier to find other lesbians on the app , however the fact that they keep raising the prices is a joke. $15 for one week of a gold membership and $35 for one month ( not to mention its $60 a month without 42% off) is a joke. This app is in no way worth that much money. Other dating apps are not as expensive. At least on hinge you can see the first person in the feed of people that like you . I just got charged for my "silver" membership without me knowing and they changed the features on it. So for $7 a week on silver you can't see any of your likes or messages that you receive. You're basically wasting money for no reason. What's the point of paying if you can't even see your likes? Taimi has been getting more expensive since I've used their app. They value their company higher than they should.

It has “screenshot protect” so you can’t image search matches to MAKE SURE THEY’RE NOT FAKE. That makes us LESS SAFE. They also show you people outside your search parameters whenever they feel like it to make it seem like they have more members.

I love this dating app I have had great luck and getting to know some amazing people and so many compliments to everyone is very friendly (there are a ton of weirdos tho)
