Unfortunately after a few months using this app I have found them to be unreliable, I pre book my taxis for the work week ahead which takes ages to do because of the way the search is set up, then every morning they turn up late, they allow drivers to accept your job then cancel 5 mins later when a “better” job shows up leaving you sitting there waiting again and causing you to be late for work, I am now changing to a different taxi company because reliability is paramount

This evening I dropped my phone in the cab and didn’t realise until I was inside my home. Rang up (from a different phone obvs), operator located the driver and my phone. By this time the cab was six miles away and the driver had logged out for the night. On his own time he brought my phone to me back at my house. A saint. A lifesaver. Couldn’t have proceeded with my work day tomorrow morning without my phone. Service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

It’s the first time I’ve used this app and so far, I have no problem. It gave a rough estimate of price and it would appear extremely accurate. While booking, it estimated between £4.40 and £5.10, the actual fair came to, £4.80 from my home address to St Mary’s Church Bearwood. I am extremely impressed.

The service was exceptional driver was very friendly and professional. The taxi got to my pickup point with the estimated time and the driver called to confirm that he was on his way. It took me to my destination within the predicted time. Very excellent service provided.
