Awful app. Not tested. Poor support.
This is actually my first ever review done on apple. I really dislike this app so much that’s why I’ve decided to write this review. The app does not function correctly. It is terrible. You can’t even log in as a creator as it sends you auth code then it says it’s expired in less than 10seconds. When you attempt to report these issues to Takumi via email they don’t do anything or take weeks to get back to you. As a creator, don’t even waste your time going via app route for opportunities. Just try and contact them through emails… but prepare to wait weeks for a simple response. Good luck.
Perfection
I’ve been using the app for quite some time and really happy! It’s allowed me to have some great collaborations! Very easy to use and great communication from the team! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Really easy to use, amazing big brands and project managers who negotiate fare rates. Can be buggy but email them and they help with it!

Possibly the worst influencer app out there
I have been an influencer for 5 years and have many dealings with Influencer marketing companies and apps. Takumi has to be the worst one I’ve dealt with. The app continuously crashes and when they send you a code to log back in, there is no room to put the code in. I have had 4 campaigns with Takumi now and the communication has been shocking and close to non existent. I am currently working with them on a campaign (which was urgent - so they said) and they take at least 2 weeks to get back to you via email. If you want to be paid on time, or indeed be able to speak to anyone about a campaign, don’t use Takumi.
Terrible Way to Get Work
I got only two jobs from Takumi and both were incredibly short notice with huge turnaround for nowhere near the correct amount of money. It is unreasonable to expect that from creators and with such little pay. Since then I have applied for many other jobs through the appthat had better timing and nothing has come through. Feels like a waste of time.
Never any campaigns and app glitches!
I signed up for the app and within a period of 3 months, got zero offers for brand partnership. Not sure if the company is actually still running. It seems dormant. I used Takumi back in 2017 and got brand deals then but this year, nothing.
Cannot use the app at all
The app continuously crashes after spending ages writing out an application form for a campaign and also unlinks accounts and makes it impossible to re connect them due to errors within the app. Its a waste of time after spending so long trying to apply for a campaign and when I emailed them they confirmed that this has been a common complaint. It’s just a headache to use and on top of that, most of the campaigns pay very little. It’s just not worth the stress in my opinion, especially with all the other available platforms that do similar things. It’s 2022, technology is pivotal. Please hire better developers.
Poor
Very poor same influencers used time and time again! Promised work then told the brand had pulled out! Even when your account is more suited to a brand they don’t use you! Stick with tribe you no what your getting!
