Talis Park eschews traditional country club models. Its new-fashioned, “come-as-you-are” atmosphere encourages homeowners to live the best versions of their lives among exclusive privacy and service that is second to none. In addition to a full range of amenities, Talis Park residents also enjoy complimentary beach access via the community’s Beach Runner, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Trips aboard the Beach Runner depart Vyne House at 10 a.m., and the last return trip to Talis Park departs Vanderbilt Beach approximately 30 minutes after sunset. Talis Park’s center of activity is the Vyne House and 18-hole Greg Norman/Pete Dye-designed golf course, one of only two Norman/Dye collaborations worldwide.
