Sometimes the call receiver is some one else in Eritrean calls
Poor customer
Purchase called credit but never received called credit under the account . Reported the issue to customer service, provided receipt and email back and forward over 3 months, i never got refund or called credit, it completely waste my time and money.
Not working
I am using this app and its work One month.After this it doesn’t work.Even i have money in my app but when i want to call someone it shows that Call Ended.Bad experience
Call dropping
I used to enjoy this app but recently call dropping has been a big issue for me. Also people receiving call from other side but I am not able to hear them.
Payment system is really inconvenient
Many UN recognized countries are not listed (for example, Cyprus), therefore making topping up in these countries impossible. Furthermore, listing of the expiration date for credit cards is arbitrary, making payment impossible. For example, if your card expires in 2023, you will not be able to make payments. But if it expires in 2022, you can make payments. I have never seen an app that makes payment so hard. Its as if the developers do not want to make money?
Don’t use your card for credit
The app is hackers don’t use your banking card and don’t give them any information about your bank account or email. They stole money from my account without permission from me and they didn’t add to my apps credit
Unable to top up international mobiles
It’s so frustrating after having topped up an international mobile, the app makes it subsequently impossible to top up more of international mobiles. I’ve just finished topping up one now, I need to top up more but it wouldn’t let me. It has always been like this since I downloaded it. Please this has to be fixed… Though a fantastic app!!!
