toolani: International Calling

I downloaded the app and put credit in it .The toolani phone number is not even getting connected. None of the help pages seem to work now . I can’t connect to the company in anyway email or phone or chat . Just seems like a well planned scam .

I have been using this app for nearly 10 years and it has been great but it the last month it hasn’t been working (calls won’t connect) I have deleted app, updated etc etc with no luck so I contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a reply. At this stage I just want my balance refunded so I can use a different app. So disappointing.

I trying several time to reach my parents in Germany. No connection at all / call failed

I can’t call my Father in Nigeria just stuck on calling. And this has been over a month. There is no way to contact Toolani. The Help tab comes with error messages. What are your Developers/QE’s doing.

I really liked it

I used to call from California to France. The connection was very good and the rate was not expensive . It was working well also the app toolvoip when I was in France making a call to France or to USA. Somehow recently, this month ( 8/2023) I couldn’t open the toolvoip app to make a call. Customer service, please revise the application Suggestion : the company should give bonus quarterly to encourage customers buy more credits

Overall it works very well. There are times when it cuts off in the middle of a call, but allows to redial. Most of the time it works very well.

Toolani takes money from your bank account but DOES NOT credit the call account. I have emailed them severally to no avail. All I get back is check out the help page, which isn’t helpful. No way to get a hold of someone. This is FRAUD & should be reported to the consumer protection agency. Please return my money

Don’t download this app they charge you lotttttttt of money and they charge your credit eithout you agree !!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ i deleted just now
