Although the app is good, I can’t seem to translate things for free.

What seriously? Are u telling me we an only have five conversations? What if I want to use for travel?
Auto bill to my credit which I never agreed to pay
This is bad. I only download to try. I didn’t even use it but after a week it was billed to my Apple account for 1year subscription of 55.98 sgd. do anyone has this issue? And I don’t know where I can speak to. There isn’t such customer service on both side
