Your data will be leaked if you are sending money from outside your home country to you own account in home country. The day i did my first transaction someone was trying to logged in to my receiver account by entering wrong passwords now my bank locked my account.

If you want to send money urgently don’t use this company! It’s been 6 hours, I provided all the documentations need. Talked to them, emailed them, chat with them and they kept asking me the same informations which I gave them and still they didn’t process my transaction! I just got an email asking for more proof with all the proofs I’ve given them. They’re quick to deduct the money but not to forward it to the receiver The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

Their customer services and help is perfect , and they are good competitive in terms of rates in exchange. And they delivers very fast as long as you have provide all the necessary documents need and all information are checked then you are good to go. They are nice
Not satisfied with the services are regards delivery of funds. I had to chat up the customer service every time I made a transaction because they weren’t delivering the funds even though the app was telling me that transaction was completed. And each time I chatted them I was told there was a system issue that they were addressing. Quite a stressful process and cycle. The only advantage I see with the company is their good customer care personnel and good exchange rate.
I am having an issue with my fund transfer from UK to Cambodia. The issue was happened this platform. I try to follow up many times and yet they only can tell, apologies. Apologies can not fix the issue but they must get it done as soon as possible. Money has been deducted from my bank account yet they did not make a refund yet to my account. To Talkremit management, If you want to build a trust between your customer, you have to fix out the issue happened at your side not just only say the word apologize. I have my limit of patient. Please help me out to solve the problem.
I had the worst experience with this app for sending remittances. I sent money 24 hours ago, and the status showed “ready to collect.” However, when my cousin went to the bank to pick it up, they said no payment was showing on their end. I contacted customer service, and after waiting for almost 6 hours, they told me they had no updates and couldn’t even provide a timeframe for when the issue would be resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial transactions. I will definitely be looking for other alternatives in the future. Very disappointing.

Very poor service from you the customer support very poor did a transfer since over 7hrs no update on why the money was being held without payment called the customer support team to escalate it tried to speak with the manager or supervisor or the team treating why the transfer was held no response. This very bad You have debited my account for £700 waiting for the equivalent in naira Nigeria money
