I can not set up my account. It’s says sign in and then says password is incorrect. When I select forgot password it never sends over email to reset.

Problem with update

Service is great, but latest update crashes on 12.5.7 and is unusable on my office phone.

This is unethically misleading

Apparently, this app is not free, as it would have you believe from the appstore pages. I just downloaded what appeared to be a truly free app that was going to respect my privacy too! I knew it was too good to be true. Sure enough… I wouldn’t trust the “data not collected” privacy statement, now, either. False advertising all around.

App is flaky

I like that we can use the app and have a different number for our business forwarded to our personal phones but the app is slow and flaky and doesn’t work all the time. The business model is fine and the service is fine but the app needs more work.

Scam alert

Let me tell you the story of a “prepaid” service that will take your money and not give back after confirming there was “duplicate” account ,and having worked as a help desk I know there is always somebody above tier 1. I have canceled the service because the company we owned was purchased by a new entity so we “canceled” this service, however we never knew there was a duplicate account so our credit card kept getting charged naturally we called and indeed there was a duplicate so a ticket was created to request a full refund to us for that one unused account, but not even a follow up call to give us the news that we have lost our money , no email, nothing at all , so 2 weeks later we call back and the tier 1 agent indicated the refund was declined and he went to tell us there’s no way to see if the unused account was ever utilize for anything (big eyebrows). I guess what really got us was the lack of customer service by not letting us know or a follow up, the tier 1 agent also indicated there is nobody else above him to talk…. So we just hung up the phone and spoke with another person, so she went ahead and escalated the ticket. With technology nowadays, how is it possible to not able to see your OWN products from the back end to verify usage? SO it seems this company is the type, whenever there’s a problem they simply ignore any attempt to correct issues, as of today my ticket is escalated and hoping to get it resolved. As a business , from a business perspective, customer service just isn’t there. If you want a “prepaid” phone service with NO support when issues occur, try this company. Or you can save yourself a headache and choose another company. ZERO stars.

Still struggling

This app needs work. We keep having to reinstall it so it will work “correctly.” The calls don’t come in. The texts don’t show up until much later. It is very frustrating when you are trying to run a business. Please improve this app.

Deceiving..
