بنك رقمي اسلامي يستهدف الطلبه شفت الفكره عجبتني ف عندهم فرع عندنا بالجامعة وسألتهم والموظفة سوقت حق التطبيق بشكل خيالي وقالت ان اذا فتحت وحولت اعانتك علينا بنعطيك ١٠٠ دك مقسمة ٥٠ دك كاش و٥٠ دك على شكل نقاط وفي عندهم كاش باك عالي المهم قلت بجربه وحالياً معاهم من ٦ شهور مبدئياً سالفة ال١٠٠ دك كان بس حق عدد اشخاص معين، وثانياً الكاش باك ١٪ واذا حولت اعانتك عليهم تصير ٢٪ بس يعني اذا اعانتك ٢٠٠ وصرفتهم كلهم الكاش باك ٤ دك بالشهر بس بالسنه تصير ٤٨ دك (طبعاً لازم تصرف ١٢٥٠ دك علشان تدش فئة السوبر هيرو ويعطونك الكاش باك) بوجهة نظري انا اشوف ماتسوى وبوبيان افضل من ناحية تقنية وخصوصاً ''مساعد'' + عروض وخصومات بوبيان افضل + انك تفتح بطاقة اميال حق السفر افضل من الكاش باك.

Very bad customer service Don’t guide the client properly and professionally Misleading and the employee are lost don’t know how to fix issue Whats up service is not beneficial Application is very smart but the problem is with the employees.
