Hii the app is good on customer support it’s useful for search the bridal for your future
Beware of Opting for Paid Subscriptions on this App. Your Profile gets blocked after payment.
Beware of Opting for Paid Subscriptions on this App. My profile just got blocked after payment. They refuse it reinstate my account despite several requests even after uploaded Govt. ID proofs. This is mostly a woman centric app just like Bumble etc. This organisation BHARAT MATRIMONY and their app developers are located in Chennai (India) and they would blacklist / block you for no reason and give Irrelevant reasons/ responses via the help desk in the name of safety and security of other users (Marriage alliances /women). These developers have created the same app under different names such as Hindi Matrimony, Kannada Matrimony and Tamil Matrimony. They would treat Boys from the Brahmin community just like criminals (if you identify yourself as a self posted profile). But, if the girl creates a self posted profile on behalf of herself, that profile would be left unharmed by BHARAT MATRIMONY. Based on my past experiences, such practices are unfair and unethical. I would strongly recommend that you Save your hard earned money and don’t lose it on this app..!

They will keep calling you constantly to upgrade to the premium even when you tell them you are not interested. And the match making is a joke . I recommend you to go with some other services .

Not able to open the application
I am unable to open the application. It is keep on loading. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still same issue. Support team they will check but no response since 2 weeks

While new created profile they are providing too much matches , after member ship we will not receive any new matches Wast of money
Not able to close the popup
There is a new popup appearing “Talk to our expert Astrologers” either Im not able to close it nor not able to click on the button below. What’s the use of paying lot of money and not able to access the application. Terrible experience development of application.
