Crashes a lot and most of the time I can’t view my statements.

Terrible! Not making your life easier it is so complicated,!you can’t not even see your credit card information or transaction.

This app is a Meh! Now, after the last update, the credit card area only gives an error. It’s great when you can’t see your credit card activity and dates.

For over a week now I keep getting try again. Thinking there is an update and no update on the app. I can only log in via computer.

Can’t even change a password, despite having entered it correctly twice. Please fix this, there’s absolutely no way to use your website or app. How are we supposed to view our accounts online? I have to call in every time to accomplish literally anything. 👎

App does not allow me to see my credit card details.

Several issues with this app. For whatever reason now, the app won’t remember my user name (even with the option for it to remember selected) and as such I have to enter everything, every time. Then choosing face recognition for login won’t work also. There is no ability to transfer from one account to another. The mobile deposit has not approved my photos before, even though they were clear and complete.

This app is horrible for a mobile app- transferring from one acct to another is impossible

I’ve had this app for years now and it used to show me bank statements but after they updated it over a year ago now it doesn’t let me log in sometimes I just have to wait 24 hours to log back in. The new app doesn’t let me see any bank statements at all so I’m not able to check my credit or debit purchases. The app is completely useless now I wish they never changed anything.

I reside in the Middle East supporting the troupes. Before last update this app worked flawlessly. Now when I try to transfer funds from my account to my granddaughters account it wants to send KWD not dollars. Big Big Problem.
