For a few months now, I am unable to see the lives of broadcasters I follow. I have followed all steps suggested by in-app Support, I have activated on the web, I have updated the app. Yet no solutions. I have sent a direct email to the Support, and no response from them. Do not download this app, it has become a shadow of what it once was! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I get notifications when people that I follow are live. But when I enter the app it shows nobody live when I click on “following” even though I’m certain people are live
Hidden charges are too high, you are taking too much money on the name tax, you are applying extra tax money , on 500$ transaction you are charging more then 100$ on the name of tax, no country charge that kind of money on 500$ transaction, even no bank or finical institute charge that kind of tax , i do not know , how your app is calculating the tax amount , thanks
I am not a regular user of tango I used it this month for the first time in a long time and when I clicked into it I got a notification for what I thought was an update. After I clicked into it did I realise that I has signed up to a subscription service. I immediately cancelled the subscription but I cannot find a means on the app to contact tango to arrange a refund of the initial payment.
Bought 30 euro worth of coins and they never went into my account!!!! But they took my cash from my account

I have been using Tango for calling family and friends and its voice quality is very good.
