Tap - Tickets in your pocket

They obviously decided very early on that UX was a luxury and why should they care how difficult they make it for the user to use. I have Drayton manor and west midlands safari park platinum tickets and the app makes it impossible to book anything. It cannot differentiate between parks. When you do have it set up properly it’s still impossible to book or confirm anything.

Didn’t work at all . Just kept crashing.

Downloaded for Drayton Manor tickets and all I get is an ‘oops’ message. Tried uninstalling and re-installing several times, made sure I clicked ‘allow paste’ from Safari. Terrible. Why not thoroughly test before releasing these apps?

App will open but not load up any content. Just keeps say error..! I see many people are having the same issue recently. Why won’t they fix it. Waste of time. (Before you ask, I’ve deleted and downloaded multiple times…)

We tried to use the app but all that we got was an error every time I was opening it, ended up deleting the app as a waste of time and needs fixing.

Have deleted twice and redownloaded to try to get it to work. It won’t. Would give no stars if I could.

Downloaded on request of Drayton Manor to have digital tickets. Can’t get past the first screen - just says ‘oops, there was an error’. Attractions should avoid this app as it’s pointless.

Asks me to sign in with my email then to click the link but the link is invalid, nice one guys

Will not load or work can not add nothing. This is really pointless. Needs a huge upgrade and improvement

I purchased an annual membership today and then tried to book tickets for today. I was able to book the tickets on the Drayton Manor website however they would not go into the tap app. I have to print them out. Useless.
