Poor service that under delivers

I’m really dissatisfied with this product , thought I would be able to view timeline data and monitor machine parameters but after 12 months it works worse than it did when I first took it on. Tap support rarely get back to you, I literally cannot track the machine or any engine machine data, and my timeline data bounces between countries. Don’t waste your time and money on this one
