Description

Break your limits — with smarter sleep, deeper recovery, and real results.
Pulse helps you understand your body and feel your best. It works with the Pulse fitness tracker to reveal how well you slept, how much energy you have, and what habits help you the most.
Whether you're training, working long hours, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, Pulse shows the connection between your rest, energy, and performance.
SLEEP: Recovery starts overnight
Each morning, you’ll see a personalized Sleep Score and Energy Readiness score — a clear view of how restorative your night really was, and how ready you are to take on the day.
You’ll get:
A breakdown of REM, Deep, Light, and Awake sleep
Restorative Sleep tracking to understand your true recovery
Insights into sleep latency, efficiency, and debt
SLEEP LAB: Test your habits, not just track them
Sleep Lab lets you run real experiments on your sleep. Choose a variable like screen time, alcohol, or late meals — and Pulse will track how it affects your rest.
After the experiment, you’ll get a clear, personalized summary of how your sleep responded, with insights you can actually use.
Built for behavior change
Pulse makes it easier to change habits by showing their impact. One of the most powerful tests? Screen time before bed — see how even small changes can unlock better sleep.
Note:
Pulse requires the Pulse fitness tracker and cannot function without it. This app is not intended for medical use. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

Sound doesn’t work on my iPad Air

fignurse on

I bought this app for my 3-year-old patient and it was great on my iPad mini 3. I now have an iPad Air and the sound doesn’t work. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it works. I’m very disappointed, and so is my patient!

Why can’t I upgrade to paid version?

This app itself is great, however it indicates you can upgrade to a paid version that isn’t actually available. Either the upgrade needs to be made available, or the features included in the unavailable upgrade need to be included with the free version.

Can’t upgrade

This app is wonderful! It is the only thing my student has responded to. However, I would like to upgrade to the paid version and am unable to.

Sound doesn't work

Great app; however my sound doesn't work and I have tried on both my iPhone and iPad. I even purchased the app so I know it has nothing to do with the lite version. I just wish the sound worked so my child could get the satisfaction of tapping the iPad screen.

Wonderful resource!

This is wonderful, the bright colors and dark background really capture the attention of my student with low vision. One big wish- we are working on using sounds to request things- is there a way to make the objects voice activated? That would be amazing! Thanks for a great resource! I look forward to more apps from this developer!
