Great Game but terrible support.
A good game, but the one support man can’t really do his job properly..

A lot of time just cras the game... :/
Game is an obvious cash grab with no effort put into it
As the title says. The game has been going downhill for a good while now. The events are repetative and all the same, sometimes they change the firestone icon to a themed one that fits in real life events. They constantly raise the level cap without adding any ways to new players who do not wish to spend a ton on the game to reach it. They promise all thosr shiny new “exciting” features coming but theu never come.

i cant prestige because it says:your device is currently blocked try again later and im trying it for like an 1h now and still nothing and i didnt do anything
Skill tree
I think in the next upgrade it should be more ways to get those cards or books to the skill tree because it’s really hard to get them.

Very unfair tournaments
The fact that no matter how hard I try and how optimally I use my skill points and relics, the first 2-3 players are always like 3-400 levels ahead of me.... is disguisting. It makes an average player feel like that winning is impossible. This is supposed to be a game, yet it only makes you angry, frustrated and disappointed. Everyone in my clan agrees that tournaments are far away from a fair and entertaining competition. And then there goes the rewarding system. You finished 8th, oh that’s good you say. And what you get? 2 skill points. Nothing. Norhing you would feel the reward of your efforts for. This could be a fantastic little game, but you ruin it with things like this and the massive pay to win factor. You don’t deserve any stars.
