End user error appears. No way to upload my document
Glitch
Doesn’t work when buying an Australian number, goes to a blank page asking you to buy more credit.
They take so long to verify your id documents
It takes them more than a week to verify your id that you take a photo of and upload so that even when you’ve purchased the subscription for the number for a week it’s a total waste of money because you can’t even use it, and they refuse to refund or extend it. And even worse if you resubscribe you have to do the whole thing over again your id verification doesn’t save? They try to blame the rules of the country you’re in but that’s rubbish because other apps can do it in real time and it doesn’t take that long I’ve worked in telecomms this app is just a scam
Not suitable for use in 🇦🇺
Offers only 1 landline number (02) area code. This number cannot send/receive SMS. Voice calls only. Very misleading.

It doesn’t work
I just got the app and it won’t work. It just says timed out after a few minutes of waiting to sign in.
