Tape it Up!

Overall it’s a good game. I really enjoy playing it and it’s great to just waste some time or play after a long day, i do however have one huge issue with this game. The format does not fit my phone!! I have an iPhone 14 and there are black bars on the top and bottom of my screen when I play, I used to have this game on my iPhone 8 and it did not look like that. Please fix this!! It is an eye strain to look at for very long.

I love this game it is hard but fun and I love collecting tape it’s so fun!!

There is nothing bad to say about this game, so let’s list the good: It’s free It’s fun It’s not Grindy It’s fast and good visuals and music. Just a quirky little game wheee you jumpnacross boxes, and that’s it there’s nothing else to it. Still very fun and addicting, and it’s endless so it’s never boring when you already own everything Also lv 99 achievers? Anyone?

I usually don’t give reviews but this game would be an easy 4 stars if the Facebook error wasn’t preventing me from unlocking all the characters. I’m not a fan of the cat you get from logging into Facebook, but I really only want the satisfaction of getting all the characters. I am also not a fan of how the first 4 “levels” are basically set up the exact same. It’s slow and you are stuck going along the same path. The level 10 warp is on the beginning of level 2 every time (although this isnt what I really have a problem with). Then at level 4, you have to go into a box - you have no choice about this since it’s on the set path you have been on since you started. I understand it’s most likely for new players to know they can go into them but sometimes I don’t want to. (I don’t want to go in them at the beginning so I can get to hard mode faster.) Directly after going into the box, you then have the option of going into the previously mentioned hard mode or going past it. It is the last 2 parts that annoy me. This is a very, very small “issue” and doesn’t really matter, but it would be nice to have some variation for the beginning levels to help with the replay-ability of the game. I know this game hasn’t been updated in a while, but I would also find this game much for enjoyable if hard mode didn’t get as, well, hard so fast. It would open up the opportunity for a separate hard mode as well, which I would have appreciated when I first started playing as it was boring to get to hard mode, because, as I mentioned previously, the first 4 levels are set up the same every time. If the Facebook login issue was fixed, I would change my review to 4 stars. And if a separate hard mode was added this would easily be 5 stars, or even if they added some variation in how the first 4 levels are set up (and some more characters never hurt).

The game is honestly hard (to me) 🥲 But normally there is honestly nothing to do 😕 Kinda boring but it’s actually has good graphics! 👍🏽 Good game/kinda boring(almost perfect!!) Dear devs I honestly been very bored on my device having no ideas what to do so it was a normal day when I open up the App Store and I see this pixel game “ tape it up! “ I did not read there reviews or “ videos or pictures “ and hoped to it and I liked it and it’s amazing detail on the tape textures adorable skins I’m falling in love with this hope these devs will stay alive keep it up devs! <3

Tape it up is a very addicting game! I spend hours a day playing this game. It is a great game for playing on long car rides, on the airplane, or while your just waiting around! I love all the different skins and colors in this game. The style is also very aesthetically pleasing! Tape it up is a very cute game and I definitely recommend it! Great for all ages! ☺️

This game is super aesthetic and cute, but it’s also fun. Even though some of the really cute skins cost money there are still some free ones that are also really cute. 10/10 recommend.
