I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the amounts wrongly deducted. Additionally, I request confirmation that no further deductions will occur without my explicit approval. Failure to address this issue promptly may compel me to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities

Even on paid subscription, stream stops every 5 minutes, they’re just looting people.

I never paid tapmad to watch my sports buffering and repeating the samething over and over. Sometime I can’t even connect it with my TV.
