I subscribed for weekly plan Rs 100. But they deducted 3600 from my account and set yearly plan. Be aware using it if you have high balance in your wallet.

Despite this, I have noticed a recurring deduction of PKR 399 from my account every month without my consent. This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s practices. I do not have your app installed on my device, nor did I authorize these deductions to continue. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the amounts wrongly deducted. Additionally, I request confirmation that no further deductions will occur without my explicit approval. Failure to address this issue promptly may compel me to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities

They’re thieves. Billing Policy is totally fraud. Please do not subscribe .

Even on paid subscription, stream stops every 5 minutes, they’re just looting people.

I never paid tapmad to watch my sports buffering and repeating the samething over and over. Sometime I can’t even connect it with my TV.

There is bug in the app in ios and its never gives a option to sign in and also never watched HD cricket match
